About Us
Love Is Our Weapon. Transformation Is Our Mandate.
Love for Change Women Foundation is a Nigerian grassroots women-led organization founded in 2014 to create meaningful change in the lives of underserved women, girls, children, and families.
Who We Are
From Grassroots Outreach to Lasting Opportunity.
Why We Exist
Across Africa, many women and girls continue to face barriers that limit their ability to access education, technology, capital, economic opportunity, and leadership. These barriers can reinforce cycles of poverty and inequality across generations.
At LCWF, we believe that empowerment must go beyond providing temporary relief. It must create access to the knowledge, skills, tools, networks, opportunities, and resources people need to shape a different future.
We exist to help underserved women and girls move from potential to possibility, and from possibility to lasting impact.
Our Mission
We empower underserved women and girls through quality STEAM education, digital inclusion, entrepreneurship, and financial empowerment, creating access to knowledge, technology, capital, and opportunity through strategic partnerships, philanthropy, and institution building.
Our Vision
A world where African women and girls break free from cycles of poverty and inequality, and thrive, lead, and transform generations.
Our Values
Our work is guided by values that shape how we serve, partner, lead, and grow.
Equality | Compassion | Inclusivity | Integrity | Empowerment | Accountability | Community | Innovation | Collaboration | Sustainability | Continuous Learning
Our Culture
Excellence
We hold ourselves to high standards and pursue meaningful results in everything we do.
Ownership
We take responsibility for our work, our commitments, and the impact we create.
Continuous Growth
We remain committed to learning, improving, adapting, and becoming better.
Systems
We believe lasting impact requires strong systems, clear processes, accountability, and structures that can grow with the organization.
Innovation
We remain open to new ideas, technology, partnerships, and approaches that can create better opportunities for the people we serve.
