1. About Love for Change Women Foundation

Love for Change Women Foundation is a Nigerian women-focused foundation established to advance opportunities for women and girls through education, STEAM and digital inclusion, entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, mentorship, community initiatives, strategic partnerships and philanthropy.

Our work includes, among other initiatives:

• STEAM, STEAM, technology and innovation education;
• digital access and literacy;
• mentorship and leadership development;

• support for women and girls, including vulnerable and underserved communities;

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Website, you confirm that:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Disputes should initially be addressed through good-faith communication with LCWF.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.

24. Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

25. No Waiver

Failure by LCWF to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Donation Policy, constitute the general terms governing use of the Website.

Specific agreements may apply separately to programmes, partnerships, sponsorships, grants, volunteering and other activities.
